Policies & Information

No pets, no smoking, no moving of furniture. The house must be left orderly. Dishes, pots & pans must be left clean and the dishwasher run off. Garbage must be put in pails in the storage shed attached to the kitchen.

Check-in is at 3pm (Earlier check-in provided if the house is ready)

Check-out is 11am (Later check-out is available provided there are no immediate tenants coming)

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservation deposits are refundable within 21 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds on reservations cancelled less than 21 days.

The landlord is not responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of valuables of any kind. The tenant accepts financial responsibility for damages that are beyond normal wear and tear.
